But before that happens we want you to be comfortable with our process and for you to fully understand what is involved at every stage. We don’t just deliver a service or a product, instead we strive to create a good working partnership that continues well after we have delivered your project.

We are happy to have a Zoom call or a Face to Face meeting to discuss your business goals and requirements to discover how we can help you further. If required, we will prepare a proposal for you to consider.
Decision to Proceed
If you are happy to proceed based on our discussions, then we will sort out the order paperwork and welcome you as a new client. A 50% deposit is required at this stage.
Start the Project
We will start on the work and provide regular updates on progress. We will work with you in a collaborative way and there will be regular checkpoints for us to discuss our progress with you.
Delivery & Sign-off
We will deliver the web design project according to an agreed schedule where the design can be reviewed at each checkpoint and any required additions or modifications can be made. When you are happy with the final design, we will conclude with the final sign-off. The balance payment is required at this stage.
Publish the website
The website will be set to live status and published on the internet. The website will be submitted to the search engines to help with the indexing of the site. The ongoing monthly payments will be setup at this stage.
When the project has been delivered we will continue to support you and help your business grow. This will be the start of our ongoing partnership!
